With the recent explosion of hazemonkeys NFT over the internet in the past few days, a decent number of people like us have begun wondering wether or not this is the bored ape yatch club for the black community.
Here at altcoin journal we bring you 6 reasons why hazemonkey society can be very well considered the next BAYC or at least the BAYC for the black community.
Before we begin, we would like to state clearly that there are absolutely no race-dividing intentions, behind the inscription and compilation of this article.As a matter of fact, the vast majority of wonderful members of the Haze monkey society are amazing white men and women, with the community boasting a significant deal of racial diversification too.
We do not intend using this article in baiting members of the black community to put their money into the project as we personally aren't in any way affiliated with the project. We are simply admirers, who are dropping their verdict on the project. The use of the term "black community" is simply a description of the representative nature of it's creators, who are very talented and ultra ambitious young African men and women (led by a woman), with a significantly impressive track record of entrepreneurial success.
We are also unaffiliated with the project, and are simply day 1 admirers, dropping their independent verdict on the project..
1. THE UNPARALLELED NATURE OF IT'S ARTWORKS.
One of the main selling points behind bored apes as we all know it today other than it's exclusively fabulous utility, lies in the uniqueness of it's art. In a period where attention was just beginning to shift to the PFP space, Bored Apes Yatch Club launched it's series of 10,000 unique variations of a unique style of ape. The beauty and cleanness of their artwork struck the entire (then newly formed) NFT community, sending people in a frenzy of wanting to own at least one of those adorable apes.
Since then, we have seen a lot of remarkable projects with really nice artwork and even more remarkably countless copycat spin-offs of bored apes. It's like everywhere you turned your face it's ape this and ape that and ape whatever the fuck they wanted it to be. Of course, you could argue that HazeMonleysNFT took a similar approach in using monkeys (an evolutionary cousin of apes), but the reality is the sheer level of cleanness and uniqueness in the design of the art is one that has never been seen before.

In an NFT world, where it has already become significantly difficult to find unique looking artworks (especially in the ape/monkey world), we get served this wonderfully looking pieces of intrinsic art.
You can look at the sheer cleanness and the orgasmic gorgeousness in the overall look of these stunning looking monkeys and we bet you just can't stop startling in complete awe. We are struck in the exact same spot too. In our opinion, this gives us the same feeling that struck us when we first saw BAYC NFTs when they first came out. The marvelous nature of the art is simply one of the key driving forces behind why we really cant resist the urge to call this "THE NEXT BORED APES".
If we decide to say all we really think about the artistic beauty of these dope monkeys, then we very well will be writing an entire bible. We instead, have chosen to bless your eyes with even more beautiful images of the few artworks they have released yet, and let you be the judge.
2. A REALISTIC AND WELL-STRUCTURED ROADMAP.
Weather you are a rookie in the metaverse, a sophisticated collector, or a full blown degen, some of the things we can all agree to seeing almost every time are the ambiguous and ridiculously unachievable roadmap goals, set up by pop up project trying to make quick cash by selling "the dream". A significant portion of them promising revolutionary holder-exclusive play to earn games with next-gen graphics on the metaverse. However, this has not been the case for haze monkeys and is one of the reasons why the project is often highly respected by influential people in the NFT space. The number 1 goal of the project is to create an animated series, from it's very intriguing backstory through a decentralized system that provides every holder with tremendous opportunities as the project advances further. These opportunities include (but are not limited to), actively becoming a part of the production process of the series and also getting a lot of incentives and rewards down the road.
This is a remarkably unique approach to provision of liquidity and one of the most practicable we have seen so far in the metaverse. They are currently the first project aiming to decentralize the animation series production system, and we very much expect to see a great deal of copycats down the road.
This is very similar to the approach used by bored apes, as the number one utility they promised to provide was access to their very exclusive bored ape yacht club. They also promised a few other utilities which are very basic goals (mot of which they have delivered on). This can also be seen in the HMS roadmap and it very well points to a team that is very keen towards under promising and over delivering just like BAYC.
3. AN INTRIGUING BACKSTORY.
One of the major strengths of the BAYC is the intriguing backstory behind it. A collection of 10,000 apes who got so rich they became as bored as you can probably imagine. This is a simple story that can be easily relatable to gamers who have gone through the experience of playing some games in interesting modifications such as infinite cash. It also points out to a very well accepted notion that the more money you have, the less satisfied you become about life and this really connects well with a lot of people.
The simplicity, relatability and intricacy you see in this story can also be found in that of HMS. A collection of 4200 apes who are the part of the last surviving species of their planet (hazron) face an ultimate task of fighting off the invaders and restoring hazron back and achieving their common goal which simply is to be happy and at peace.
HMS takes it up a notch here as it dives into a more fictional direction with it's story, but yet delivers a very simple, intricate and relatable story that is so simple to keep track of, but yet hits you with a lot of questions. The elements of grief and major losses, which we are all familiar with are very well embedded in the story and it lines up perfectly with a tingling sensation of hope and the search for happiness that we are all too familiar with, at the very end of it.
The story is so intriguing, it leaves you with a lot of questions, how did they get to hazron, who are these attackers, why did they attack, will hazron be restored and so on. You can only imagine just how great the series will be when it comes out eventually.
4. NON SELL-BAIT DONATIONS.
One of the biggest problems we face in the metaverse today, is various projects using charities simply as a bait to selling their NFTs as they know that it is basic human impulse to gear towards supporting a good cause. We see a lot of projects claiminh to be intent towards contributing to charities that are in no way related to what their project is about.
On the other hand, HMS has committed to planting 420,000 trees over the years in support of UN SDG goal and also cleaning 42,000 pounds of trash from the world sea s in an unofficial partnership with Mrbeast's teamseas.
These pledged donations are definitely very specific and in line with the story and what the entire project is all about. In the story, haze monkeys have an ultimate mission of restoring their planet which was destroyed by attacking enemies therefore, the team have also decided to follow that part in also contributing to a mission of restoration of the Earth, which has been a constant victim to human exploitation, general deforestation and global scale sea pollution.
5. AN ECSTATIC COMMUNITY.
There are very few NFT communities around the world right now that rivals the ecstatic nature of HMS. With community numbers growing rapidly, there has been a steady increase in lovers and admirers of the project across the world. The sheer level of interactions, dope vibes and a steady flow of ceaseless admiration from community members towards the art is very amusing. The anticipation is through the roof and the support from the admirers and fans of the project have been nothing short of a joy to watch recently.
The levels of anticipation and admiration shown by admirers towards the artworks of HMS project is quite reminiscent of the frenzy that occurred when BAYC just came out and started gaining prominence early 2021. People all around the world simply can't wait to get their hands on at least, one of (if not as much as possible) these lovely looking monkeys, just the way people couldn't help but swallow up BAYC when they where gaining prominence. The question is, why won't they, I mean, what is the reason in the world why you wouldn't want one of these.

In conclusion, we feel very strongly (positively) about HMS and have been admirers of the project since when they had just a few hundred subscribers.
The artworks are extraordinary, one of the best we've seen yet on the metaverse and their utility is very solid.
